Website Review for Trademark/Patent Usage (2-3 weeks)

Once you get a patent or a trademark, you want to make sure you let others know and put them on notice of your patent or trademark. This can be done by stamping it on your product, your product packaging, and/or your website. As you do so, you need to be careful to make sure this is done correctly to avoid others suing your for improper usage or limiting your ability to enforce your patent/trademark.

To aid in making sure you use the patent/trademark properly, we will perform a review of your usage and provide guidance and feedback as to how to properly label and use your patent/trademark.
